OK, most people throughout the world receive their monthly salary, trough bank transfer.

Then, pay your fixed monthly expenses, and removely immediately and entirely the remaining money from your(s) bank account(s)!
There isn'y anymore "savings acount", believe in these words!
Keep your money for daily shopping, travels, services, in your house!! NOT in the banks!
Presently, I cannot give your better advice.
